Of course To Kill a Mockingbird is one of the greatest Southern novels ever written. I’ve loved this book for many, many years, and I actually got to teach it to my 10th graders when I taught school. If you don’t know enough about the South, you should start here. And if you live in the South and you haven’t read this, shame on you.
