Mary Beth bought me this great book to read to Caleb when he’s older. It’s a really neat book filled with all kinds of cool activities and interesting facts that every boy needs to know.
I’ve found myself reading through all kinds of interesting things, everything from A Brief History of Artillery to How to Make a Battery. I’m really looking forward to reading through this book with Caleb someday and working on some of the projects with him.
If you want to get an idea of some of things in this book, you can visit Amazon and browse through the topics or you can visit the Dangerous Book for Boys website and watch their funny video about some of the ways that a dad and son used this book.
I think this is just one of many ways that fathers can spend quality time with their sons and go on adventures without ever leaving your own backyard!

Looks like a pretty dangerous boy on the back porch playing fireman with the hose. Can’t wait to see him walking.
Love,
Pops

Does the book say anything about shooting at cars with pea-shooters or stomping on little ketchup packages to see how far the ketchup will go? ‘Cause any boys book worth its salt should talk about those things.

I am definitely going to get a copy of that.

This really is an awesome book! I got it for Aaron for Father’s Day this year and he loved it!

Chad’s sister bought this book for Chad and Shepherd to read - I flipped through it a while back and it looks really neat! Sorry we weren’t able to get together with you guys…maybe in November when we’re in town for HU’s homecoming!
