    Survivor Palau

Author: Casey | Posted in: Random Thoughts

As most everyone knows, Survivor Palau starts up on Thursday! I have gotten quite caught up in the “Survivor Fever” in the past, and I’m sure this time around won’t be any different.
We’re going to some friends’ house to watch the premier, so we’re hoping it will start off good. If anyone else watches the premier, post your thoughts in the comments…

    Cutest Puppy Ever

    Cutest Dog!

I’m sure there will probably be some disagreement out there, but I would have to say that Boo is the cutest puppy ever! I’ve never had a dog, so this is a very different experiece for me, but so far I’m loving it.

Last night, he had a HUGE milestone! It was the first night that he didn’t cry at all! Does anyone else out there have a dog? If so, post about him/her in the comments…

    We got a puppy!!!

    Our Puppy!

On Saturday afternoon, my wife and I were taking a nice, quiet nap, when Allan called to tell us that he found the cutest puppy for sale. So, I crawled out of bed and drove with my wife to look at this puppy. When we saw him, we just had to have him!

He’s a Schnorkie (half Schnauzer, half Yorkshire Terrier) breed and he’s six weeks old. We named him Boo Radley, after the character in “To Kill a Mockingbird”. I’ll keep everyone updated on his progress…

    Arizona & Back Again

Author: Casey | Posted in: Home Life & Family, Travel

    Me hugging a cactus

Well, last Thursday (1/20/05) I found out that my Grandad was in the hospital with congestive heart failure. He was down in Arizona visiting his brother at the time, so I hopped on a plane and went to see him. It was a blessing to see other family members that had also made the trip. I had never been to Arizona before, so the desert caught me off guard. It’s a very beautiful place that was so different from anywhere I’d ever been before.

My grandad ended up getting released from the hospital, and he now has to take a lot of medication to keep his condition from getting worse. Please keep my family in your thoughts and prayers…
